Through cooking, Ningyue uses time and dough as a medium. Boldly altering the
state of the dough and the means of cooking on site, connecting structures and
unstable boundaries.
Disrupting dough's originally constructed relationship with food and reimagining our relationship with these objects as symbols of capitalist status.
Each piece will be made on site in a form that can be cooked anywhere, whether in a gallery or a home kitchen.
